2.      Applicable prices: delivery free over 350 € all taxes included.

Delivery costs are borne by for any order above 350 € all taxes included (Including VAT and other taxes) and for any client registered on the site and whose delivery address is in Belgium

Any order placed on the site will be delivered by the services of DPD.

For any order under 350€ all taxes included, carriage costs are charged according to the above table.

In the case the parcel is returned, return costs are always borne by the client. (See ART.10 of the sale terms)


3.      Delivery time in Belgium

Each item is preceded by the delivery time based on inventory management. It varies from 1 to 8 working days. Delivery times generally noted vary between 24 and 48 hrs for products in inventory as from the order confirmation by the client to Declerck Optique.

For non inventory products a 10 to 15 working day time is needed to ship  the parcel.

4.      Packaging and insurance

Your purchases are packed with the greatest care, using protection material and in a glasses case. The attention we lend to packing allows us to offer deliveries in optimum conditions. Products shipped are insured free of charge against deterioration and theft for the whole duration of the transport. You therefore need to check the integrity of your order and of all the items in it on receipt of the parcel and in the presence of the person that made the delivery in order to express reserves as needed.

Should you have any doubt as to the condition or contents of the order, you may refuse the goods on receipt. Any refused product should be handed over to the carrier in full and in its original package.

5.      In the event of absence

In the case of a delivery by DPD, a notice of delivery is left in your mailbox. The first time, a telephone number will be provided to schedule another delivery time. Should the second attempt unfortunately fail, you will then have a 5 working day period to withdraw your parcel from the nearest post office indicate on the notice of delivery


6.      Possible loss of parcel

In spite of the electronic follow up on our shipments, it may exceptionally occur that a parcel get lost. In that event, we invite you to get in touch with our customer service by e-mail at:

The following force majeure events exempt from its duty of delivery: war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents and impossibility to be supplied itself by suppliers or standard carriers.

In the following cases can temporarily suspend the delivery: internal network failures, telephone failures, Internet and other access disorders (problem). The performance of the contract is then suspended until the disorder is remedied and or the Internet access is restored without the buyer being entitled to the termination of the contract and/or damages.
